Plaza Beach and Dive Resort offer guests a choice Junior of Grand Suites in 124 comfortable and spacious rooms, with views of the gardens, pool, lagoon, or the Caribbean Sea. All rooms at Plaza Beach and Dive Resort are equipped with a terrace or balcony, two queen size beds or king beds, air-conditioning, flat screen TV, a safe, and a kettle for tea and coffee.

SCUBA Divers of all skill levels – from absolute beginners to highly advanced will feel right at home at Plaza Beach and Dive Resort and their on-site dive operation, Toucan Diving. The house reef “18th palm” is one of the best dive sites of the Bonaire Marine Park and you don’t even have to leave the resort to be able to enjoy it. Tanks are available 24 hours a day at 3 different locations – the diving school, the pool, and at the pier.

Of course, you can also visit one of the more than 100 diving spots on the island, easily accessible from the shore, or sign up for one of the boat dives available each day. Location

Bonaire, an island municipality of the Netherlands, lies 30 miles from Curacao, 50 miles north of Venezuela, 86 miles east of Aruba, in the southern Caribbean. Bonaire is 24 miles long and 3-5 mile wide.

Less than five minutes’ drive from Flamingo International Airport, Plaza Resort Bonaire appears to be set in another world, a pristine world of natural beauty.

Due to its positioning, this idyllic island is outside of the hurricane belt and consequently enjoys beautiful weather throughout the year. With average air temperatures of 82°F, and water temperatures averaging 80°F, there is little rainfall and easterly trade winds provide mild breezes to keep conditions ideal for vacationing year-round.

Bonaire also offers excellent scuba diving, snorkeling, and windsurfing, and has been designated as having the most pristine coral reef environment and most species of fish in the Caribbean by the National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration.
