Tasik Ria Dive Resort is a family owned and run dive resort that offers an exciting diving experience to divers. The resort is located a half an hour drive from the bustling city of Monado and features tropical landscaped gardens.
Tasik Ria Dive Resort has 50 rooms in 6 categories, namely Grand Suite, Grand Seaview, Seaview, Pool View, Garden and rooms tailored made for guests. Twenty of these rooms are located around a large freeform swimming pool. The sea view cottages face the beachfront offering a remarkable view and privacy. All rooms feature en-suite bathrooms, IDD phones, coffee/tea maker, cable TV, WiFi, air conditioning, and are equipped with modern amenities.
Resort facilities include the Bunaken Restaurant which serves both local and international dishes as wells as offering theme nights throughout. The resort has a mini-pool bar, a jetty bar, conference rooms, and a diving and snorkeling activities center.
Tasik divers are approved by PADI 5-star Gold Palm operators, to provide diving services throughout the year. Tasik Ria Dive Resort offers PADI and NAAUI certified dive instructors who are friendly, knowledgeable, and qualified in first aid and rescue skills.
All diving and snorkeling activities are available at the resort. For non-divers, kayaks and hiking activities along the beautiful sandy beaches are available upon request. The Tasik Ria Dive Resort has daily activities planned, which include diving at house reef, local sites, or enjoy over 50 places available at Bunaken Marine Park. Morning and night dives are possible upon request.
Tasik Ria Dive Resort offers purpose build speed boats for transportation to the dive center with a ratio of 4 divers to 1 guide. The resort offers flexible dives schedules, well-maintained equipment, and rinse services. The small fleets are equipped with camera equipment rooms, washing and drying facilities, rentable equipment, extra diving suits, and camera rinsing room, among other amenities.
Napoleon wrasse, parrotfish, turtles, barrel sponges, egg rats, and sharks are some of the critters found near Tasik Ria Dive Resort. Other popular dive sites for divers include WWII wrecks which include the Molas. The water temperature averages 27 degrees Celsius throughout the year and the visibility is around 30 meters.
